At Noya Glam, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
